These pink flowers caught my attention because of their color, but the leaves became the most intriguing feature. They are thin yet strong and anchor the composition with the wide straight reach upward and out of the picture plane. The arc of oranges brings the eye around to the blue vase and the earthy burnt sienna background. This is a soothing subject bathed in gentle light.
